Salt

If your pan is aluminum or stainless steel, then immediately after it has burned, fill it with cold water. Wait a bit, then add table salt without sparing. After 2-3 hours, you can safely remove excess with a simple sponge. If your dishes are enameled, then it is worth letting it cool before pouring salt. After the same time, the pan should be washed using hot water.

Boiling

Pour hot water into a metal pan and add one tablespoon of soda. Wait 40-45 minutes, turn on the heat and boil for about 10 minutes. After cooling, remove dirt in the usual way. For enameled dishes you will need a saline solution. To make it, take 5 tablespoons of salt per liter of water, boil for 40 minutes. Burnt remains will separate themselves from the bottom.

Activated carbon

Place the contaminated dishes in a larger pan, fill with a solution consisting of 500 grams of soda and 5 liters of water. Keep in mind that water should exceed the pan by about 2 centimeters. After boiling, make a minimum heat and simmer another 2 hours. When the pan has cooled, rinse in the standard way.

Enamel and aluminum pans can be cleaned by mixing soda and salt in equal proportions. Pour in enough water to form a thick slurry. Cover and wait 24 hours, then add water again, put on fire, wait for boiling and simmer for another 30 minutes over low heat. Allow to cool, proceed to washing with detergent.Do not use this mixture for stainless steel.
