Why violets can not be kept at home: logic or superstition?

Violets have long gained popularity among lovers of indoor plants. This plant is unpretentious and pleasing to the eye, the flowers of which can have a variety of shades from white to purple. However, there are many superstitions among the people who are not advised to keep this flower in the house.
Signs and superstitions about violets
Violet has long been known as a symbol of loneliness. It is believed that if a lonely girl in the house will grow violet, then the mistress will never find family happiness, having spent her whole life alone. Violets are also endowed with the ability to drive men out of their homes. According to the belief, if in the house where a happy couple lives, start violets, then family life will go downhill, quarrels and disagreements will begin, which will lead to the man leaving the family. Esotericists give an explanation for this ability of violets: the fact is that the flower is endowed with strong female energy, which upsets the energy balance in the pair of men and women.
Another superstition says that violet is able to catch up on its master, thereby causing depression. The plant deprives a person of vitality, because of which he constantly feels malaise and weakness. However, this belief is quite contradictory, because not so long ago, violet was planted on the graves so that it would neutralize all the negativity of the cemetery atmosphere and soothe the souls of the dead. Why, then, in the apartment violet loses its ability to eliminate negative energy?

It is believed that a violet standing on a window facing a noisy face or an industrial enterprise will be able to create a barrier to the penetration of aggressive energy into the house
Not all signs of violets have a negative meaning, there are positive ones among them, most often associated with flowering plants:
- if the red violet has blossomed, wait for improvement of a financial situation;
- the appearance of flowers on a white violet promises an early date with a pleasant person;
- blooming violet adds peace and wisdom to its master;
- blue violet flowers can drive boredom and depression.
The logical reasons for the ban
One of the popular superstitions endows the plant with vampiric properties, claiming that violet can deprive a person of vitality. However, this sign is easily explained logically. The fact is that violet, like many other plants, releases oxygen in the daytime, and absorbs it at night, releasing carbon dioxide. It is not surprising that a person sleeping in the room where the violets are in the morning feels weak and tired.
The rest of the violet is a completely harmless plant. It does not contain poison, does not have thorns and thorns, moreover, the flower is absolutely hypoallergenic. In addition, violets do not need special care.
Violet is able to affect the well-being of a person. However, this problem is easy to solve: just remove the plant from the room where you sleep. The remaining signs are not confirmed by anything, so to believe in them or not is everyone's business.
