Wash your hair on Monday - to trouble?

For most people, washing their heads is a daily routine like brushing your teeth or washing your face. It is unlikely that someone thinks about when you can wash your hair, and when not, the main thing is to be clean. However, signs say that on the first day of the week this can not be done.
Why not wash your hair on Monday
Most of the superstitions that exist today are somehow connected with the lifestyle of our ancestors, and the omen about shampooing was no exception. The fact is that before people were not able to go to the shower every day. Most of the week they worked in the field, and only on Sunday could they rest and even swim in the bath. Wash on other days was simply not accepted - you need to work.
Our ancestors were sure that the hair has a special power, the soul of a person is hidden in them. Naturally, they treated the hair very carefully. Throughout the week, hair collected energy from its owner. Only water could wash away all the bad things that had accumulated during this period - fatigue, worries. During bathing, hair is cleaned not only physically, but also energetically.
But why, then, cannot be "cleansed" on the first day of the week? According to popular beliefs, no business can be started on Monday, since it has long been considered the day of witchcraft. Various spirits and demons descend to earth, which will not allow you to complete what you started. Washing your hair is also a kind of start from scratch, so if you do it on Monday, you will incur setbacks, and they will last at least until the end of the week. They also say that after washing your hair on Monday, all your hair will come out, only the fluff will remain.
There is another sign that concerns only the beautiful half of humanity. If an unmarried girl washed her head for seven consecutive Mondays, she would “wash off” all the suitors and would never marry. A married lady risks not only remaining a widow, but also imposing a curse on her family - men will die one by one.
You need to understand that there is no scientific evidence of this sign. Millions of people around the world wash their hair on Monday and do not suffer from it at all. Better do it when it’s comfortable for you.
In antiquity, the day of washing and cleansing was Sunday; visiting the bathhouse on Monday was not accepted. Moreover, it was considered dangerous, since it was on the first day of the week, according to superstitions, that devils and demons walked the earth. But science did not find any justification for these signs, so you can wash yourself when you want.
