Thread cutting

If the farm has a drill, grease, taps and a device for fixing them, you can safely cut the thread yourself. To do this, do the following:

Prepare a tap corresponding to the diameter of the bolt (the parameter is determined in mm).
Choose the right size drill. To do this, subtract its pitch from the diameter of the thread.
Make a hole in the workpiece - through or through.
Clamp the rough tap (different at the bottom) in the drill retainer.
Apply grease to the cutting surface.
Attach a tap to the hole. It is important that the cutter is perpendicular to it.
If the thread in the hole is satisfactory, replace the rough tap with a middle tap (with two strips). Repeat the process.

For the final sanding, take a fine tap.

Chopping wood

In addition to the main tool, you will need a special construction cone, it is inserted into the keyless chuck. The speed of the unit is not a record, but it is possible to split several logs from hardwood. The power of the tool should be appropriate: 380 V - for the engine and 2-3 kW - for the cone. Work at low speeds. Insert the cone into the center of the log perpendicularly. Rotate 3 times in each direction.

Water pump

Water pump - a compact device that allows you to make a pump for pumping fluid out of a screwdriver. Its performance depends on the power and speed that the tool can give. A pump is a miniature casing in the form of a washer with a shaft, which is clamped in a cartridge. 2 tubes for connecting hoses come out of it. Precautions

The pump and screwdriver must not come into contact with water.

A drill can also perfectly replace a screwdriver if you screw the screws manually. She does not have a splitting clutch that prevents the breakdown of the tool during a sudden cessation of work. The screwdriver can be stopped instantly, and the drill will continue to operate by inertia. If your finger lingers on the switch, there is a risk of cutting off the head or slot of the self-tapping screw, drilling through the surface through, breaking the bit or tool. The last option, fortunately, is rare.

To use a drill instead of a screwdriver, prepare high-quality elongated bits - nozzles for screwing in screws. They are inserted into the spindle chuck instead of the drill. If possible, reduce the rotational speed to the maximum. If you are working with wood, first drill a hole, and then screw in a screw - there will be less chips.
