The disassembled design consists of several separate chambers consisting of a cover located on top and a housing. Inside is a floating wheel. Before you begin assembling the device, you need to determine which way the shaft rotates. To do this, you can briefly turn on the mechanism with the wheels removed and determine the direction of movement. The operation is necessary for the correct installation of the wheels. Each of them should be mounted so that when the shaft rotates, the blades throw water to the edge and are sucked from below, from the middle of the structure.

Next, you can proceed with the assembly itself. One of the washers is put on the shaft, on top of which a floating wheel with blades is mounted. It should be directed with the extended part up, towards the motor, with a narrow “foot” - down. The design is fixed with another washer. Next mounted glass. The first one is installed, which differs from the others in a small "belt", designed to abut the ring on the engine housing. The bottom of the glass is directed to the motor, the neck - to the exit. All remaining glasses are mounted similarly.

The last detail that will help to squeeze the entire structure will be the gasket. If it has fallen into disrepair, you can choose the right option in the plumbing store. The part is a rubber ring with a rectangular hole. The outer diameter of the seal corresponds to the diameter of the body of the floating wheel, so it accurately enters the pump.

The width of the gasket is about 15 mm. Thus, when screwing the bottom cover tightly presses the package of glasses up.
