Is it possible to connect the JET 80S / SH pump to the hydraulic accumulator from Marina CAM 80/22 HL

Good day! We had a pump station Marina CAM 80/22 HL. The impeller broke, could not be replaced, since we do not have spare parts for it in Kazakhstan. Recently purchased a JET 80S / SH pump and want to connect it to an existing accumulator. Please tell me if there are any connection features? And is it possible to install this pump similarly to Marina CAM 80/22 HL?

Given that the pump of the Marina CAM 80/22 HL pumping station and the JET 80S / SH centrifugal pump have similar characteristics of suction, performance and pressure, such a replacement is quite possible. The connection of the new unit to the hydraulic accumulator from the Marina CAM 80/22 HL pumping station does not have any features and is carried out similarly to the installation of a standard pump.

Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not indicate the design features of the housing JET 80S / SH, which relate to the geometry of the connecting elements. It may be necessary to perform separate drills at the hydraulic accumulator site for mounting a new centrifugal pump, but this usually does not cause any difficulties - in this place ordinary structural steel with a thickness of up to 1 mm is used.

We remind you that before starting the repaired pump station into operation, check the pressure in the air part of the accumulator tank and bring it to the value recommended by the manufacturer.
