We draw water to a private house from the central water supply, we have the end point, the meter is in the well on the street (not yet at home), from the well to the house there are 20 meters of pipe, at the end there is a tap. When it is closed, 0.003 cubic meters after 9 hours at night, 0.001 cubic meters per 1 hour from 9 to 10 in the morning, the asterisk on the counter can sometimes move. Why is this happening? Need to install a pressure regulator in front of the meter?

3. Faulty mixer through which fluid flows from one water system to another, etc.
