Alexey, it’s very easy to solve your problem. To do this, wrap the plastic part of the polypropylene fitting with a wet rag, and heat the tap using a small gas burner or a construction hairdryer. At the same time, make sure that plastic does not begin to soften at the point of its attachment to the metal threaded part. Next, thicken the fitting (it has lateral risks, or knurling) firmly wrap it around with a gas wrench (to avoid damaging the plastic part, wrap it with a cloth) and jerkily try to tear the threaded connection out of place. As a rule, after all the procedures done, this is obtained from the very first attempts. In order to further increase the chances of success, a few hours before work, treat the connection point with aerosol grease Wd-40 or any other similar liquid.
