What is more durable: a tap for instant heating of water, or is it a continuous flow water heater for permanent use?

Hello, Inna! Of course, a flowing electric water heater in the form of a separate module of a hot water supply system will work much longer than any device combined with a mixer. The advantages of the latter are only in ease of installation and lower cost. It is possible that in the country a similar option has the right to life, but if it is planned to work for many years, the preference is given to the “more stationary” option.

Note also that moment that in case of breakdown the wall-mounted electric water heater can be easily repaired - spare parts for it are easy to pick up from any other model. In the case of a device in the form of a crane, this option will be more problematic - there are an order of magnitude less repair kits for such models in the distribution network. If, for example, a plastic handle breaks in a water heater-mixer, then you simply cannot find such a part, whereas when using a wall-mounted device, the temperature and pressure are adjusted using a standard kitchen mixer.
