They rolled out 1 contour of the heated floor in the summer with a length of 45 meters. They set the thermostat and the warm floor works, but in a month the pipe vomited three times. The reason for the ruptures, most likely, is the use of poor-quality pipes made of cross-linked polyethylene - recently the market has been flooded with inexpensive Chinese and Turkish fakes for VALTEC and other brands. These products are the most common PET - there can be no talk of any hardening of molecular bonds in this case. If you want to save money, the best way out is to install the circuit with metal-plastic pipes, which are best seamless.

One more reason may be suggested. Unfortunately, you did not indicate how the temperature is adjusted. If the heating is regulated by periodically turning on the centrifugal pump, then water shocks that may occur in the system can lead to damage to the circuit. This phenomenon is especially aggravated with partial airing of the circuit due to leaks in the places of its connection.
