Alternative option

If there is no desire to make a detergent, what is in any house is used.

Before the advent of all kinds of chemicals, any housewife in our country washed dishes with ordinary household soap. Many are doing it now. It does not cause allergies, copes well with fat, rinses well and leaves no residue on the surface of plates and cups.

Another method used by our grandmothers was washing dishes with mustard powder. Now he is pretty much forgotten, but in vain. Mustard is not only an excellent cleanser, but also does no harm to the environment.

To prepare detergent from mustard, it is required to bring 1 liter of water to a boil, add 2 tbsp. l mustard powder and mix thoroughly. You can use a whisk or a blender. Stir without stopping heating. As soon as the liquid begins to boil, remove from the stove and cool.

Such a tool launders even very strong fat deposits in pans and trays.

If you mix 1 pack of dry mustard with 2 tbsp. l soda and add water until you get a creamy paste, you get a detergent for any dishes.

Of all these ingredients plus ammonia, another version of homemade gel for washing kitchen utensils is prepared:

  1. Grate the soap, pour 1 liter of boiling water and heat, stirring, until completely dissolved.
  2. Cool, add 2 tbsp. l dry mustard, 2 tbsp. l ammonia, 0.5 tbsp. soda.
  3. Mix thoroughly, pour into a glass container.

The resulting gel wash the dishes for no longer than two weeks, then prepare the next portion.

Any of the listed tools do an excellent job of contaminants, dried food debris, and fat. Home gel for washing dishes do not cause allergies, do not harm health, do not leave marks. Cooking them is not at all difficult, the budget savings are substantial, and the environmental damage is zero.
