Technical specifications and principle of operation

This pump belongs to the group of submersible pumps used for lifting or pumping cold fresh water from depths up to 60 m (depending on the model). With a weight of only 4 kg, it is able to pump out about 450 liters per hour.

Refers to systems of vibration type, which operate due to vibrations of the diaphragm, which reacts to pressure changes inside the device. The difference in pressure is due to the fact that the electricity passing through the coil creates a magnetic field, and it, in turn, causes all the parts to move alternately, thus raising the water flow up. To do this, lower the pump as close to the filter as possible and turn it on. The vibrating mechanism will knock out hard layers from the filter and then lift them to the surface. A couple of such attempts - and the well will come in order.

By the way, during resuscitation there is no need to stand above the well. Due to the small capacity, the water pumps of the trickle still do not completely pump out the water. So at this time you can do watering the garden. At the same time, you will see whether the quality of the water and its volume are changing: the stream from the hose will become stronger and without impurities.

Naturally, the case will not withstand such an overload: it will heat up and the fill will peel off from the magnet inside. The same thing happens if the pump is left running out of water, dry.

Let's try to repair the trickle pump with our own hands. To do this, you need to separate the electrical part, remove the magnet, cut shallow grooves with a small grinder over the entire surface, grease with sealant, which is used to insert glass in cars, put it back into the case using a press, and wait until it dries. Then reassemble the pump in the reverse order.

Valve replacement

When pumping drainage water from basements, care must be taken to prevent small pebbles or sand from getting inside. To do this, an additional filter is bought, which is pulled in a heated form on the receiving part as a cap. They are not too convenient to use, but cheap. More expensive filters are reminiscent of glasses, in which the pump fits entirely. It is with them that it is recommended to pump out spring water.

If nevertheless the pebble managed to get inside the mechanism, then it will pass through the mesh of the built-in filter and get stuck at the valve. And since the valve is rubber, then after a while it will tear to pieces.

It is not difficult to repair the submersible pump of the handle: instead of the valve, you can take a cork from medical bottles. In it, the rubber is thick enough so that it easily fits in place of the valve.

      Pump Brook. The malfunction is the same as described above by Gennady - when the pump is running, the pressure is weak, and a “breaker” is knocked out in the upper part of the water layer? The pump is brand new, probably not configured at the factory. Need to replace the valve, but where to buy or replace it?
