We cut off the bottle bottom and use a red-hot awl to make a hole for the hook-holder of the structure or two holes for the rope, depending on where and in what way you want to place the container. We insert the finished roll of bags by pushing the handles into the neck.

And another option is to use a small oblong cardboard box. Cut a hole in the upper front part. Make sure the hole size matches the width of the batch roll. To give the container an aesthetic look, wrap the box with cloth or wrapping paper. It is necessary to leave the “allowance” of the wrapper near the box opening in order to glue the edge by folding the fabric inward. Fasten parts with a glue gun. Moderate decor, such as ribbon, burlap, or contrasting scrapbooking paper, will look good.
