Condensation
The most significant advantages of condensing equipment are represented by its full environmental friendliness and energy efficiency. The fundamental difference between condensation is the use of a reserve of thermal energy in the form of water vapor, which is formed during the combustion process and again converted into liquid. Due to this feature, the energy consumption of equipment is reduced, and the amount of toxic substances emitted is also reduced.

The single-circuit model of the POWER 1.1500 condensation type with continuous electronic flame modulation and an electronic self-diagnosis system is characterized by maximum operational safety and wide functionality. Standard temperature control is complemented by a timer and an integrated thermostat. If desired, an accumulative boiler is connected, providing an uninterrupted supply of hot water, but due to its high performance, energy saving indicators can reach 30–35% per year.

- SLIM HPS - a series with a sectional cast-iron heat exchanger and excellent aerodynamic properties. Minimum heat loss due to fiberglass insulation under the casing;

Floor boilers are relevant for heating rooms with a large area (from 180–200 m2) and, as a rule, are installed in a specially equipped boiler room. The main advantages of such models include high power performance and decent performance.

According to users and experts, equipment under the BAXI brand has established itself as reliable and durable, unpretentious in maintenance, worthy of quality and easy to use, with flexibility of settings, characterized by almost silent operation. Consumables for repair work are always available in large service centers.
However, despite the intuitive and simple interface, there are a number of parameters that should be set by specialists when commissioning the equipment. Among other things, the instability of the temperature of hot water supply and the strong cotton that accompanies the ignition of the device receives negative reviews.
The device of a double-circuit gas boiler Baksi
The Baksi gas equipment based on the Grundfos or Wilo circulation pump equipment has an expansion tank of the built-in type, is equipped with a Newewell gas valve and a reliable safety group in the form of an automatic air vent and safety valve device with pressure gauge.
As “smart” elements in the equipment, the temperature of the DHW circuit, flame and draft is used, as well as a protective system that prevents the boiler from freezing and blocking the circulation pump.
Connection and setup
Connection and adjustment of any gas equipment is carried out in accordance with special requirements:
- installation of the boiler in the selected place;
- chimney connection;
- water supply and connection through a filter;
- connecting the boiler to the electric network through the stabilizer.
Commissioning works:
- shutting down the boiler from power supply;
- pressure check in the expansion tank and stabilization of indicators to the level of 0.5 atmosphere;
- checking heating taps and putting them in the "Open" mode;
- filling the heating system up to one and a half atmospheres and closing the tap;
- air descent in heating radiators until the pressure drops and redialing to the “Unit” indicator or slightly more on the manometer;
- bleeding air with a screw on the pump under the panel;
- short-term inclusion of a copper in the Heating mode at the minimum temperatures.
After a couple of minutes, the boiler is turned off by a button on the panel and from the power supply, after which the pump screw opens and all air is vented. The screw is left open about a quarter of a turn, which allows the system to independently release air. Then you should turn on the “Heating” mode and check if the batteries are warm.
Brief Operating Instructions
Proper control of the temperature regime of the coolant directly affects the efficiency of gas consumption. The basic equipment of the boiler assumes, as a rule, independent temperature control, but if necessary, the equipment is easily supplemented by weather-dependent automation.
The most important operating parameters:
- clocking - the frequency of turning on the equipment, the default is three minutes. In the absence of external control devices, the maximum clock mode is 10 minutes. More frequent inclusion is uneconomical, and setting this parameter in specific models requires studying the instructions;
- economy mode is configured with minimum parameters of maximum and minimum net power. The minimum modulation range of boiler equipment for 24 kW is 40%, and for heating a room with an area of 80–90 m2 9 kW is enough;
- most modern models of Baksi boilers have the ability to connect a room thermostat, which allows heating in the event that the air temperature drops below the specified parameters;
- connecting a programmable thermostat allows flexible tincture of different temperature conditions during the day, and lowering the temperature by a degree throughout the year allows you to get fuel savings of 4-5%.
If necessary, you can apply a system of zonal temperature control in different rooms through individual controlled thermal heads. In this case, the gas saving is about 30%. Among other things, the accumulation of soot and scale inside the system results in a decrease in the heat transfer characteristics, therefore competent maintenance is a guarantee of economical and trouble-free operation of the boiler.
Common errors and malfunctions
At any stage of the functioning of the heating equipment, malfunctions can occur, the notification of which is carried out by means of coded errors.
